Out of a love of cooking and a passion for vegetarian cuisine, IUNU was born. Every day we select from a huge variety of ingredients, using nature’s countless treasures to create culinary masterpieces. This love for discovery means that we create a new, unique dish each and every day. Using at least 10 to 15 components and an array of fantastic vegetables, salad, pastes, curries and gratins, our daily dish provides an intense taste experience – a feast for all the senses. It’s an homage to the abundance and versatility of the vegetarian kitchen, and clearly shows how courage in the kitchen makes all the difference. As much as quality and freshness, we value the guests we serve and honour them with our delicious food.
